As a manufacturer of polyethylene composite pipes, why does our company adopt an external sizing method?

First of all, the connecting parts of the inner diameter series are difficult to match with the market products. Since most of the pipelines on the market use external sizing, the matching valves, joints and various measuring tools are matched with the outer diameter, so the valves used for the inner diameter series of steel skeleton pipes are difficult to match. However, the steel skeleton of the outer diameter series does not have this problem.

Secondly, the inner diameter steel skeleton plastic composite pipe is more complicated in connection, and more types of pipe fittings are used than the outer diameter steel skeleton plastic composite pipe, and the inner diameter fixed steel skeleton plastic composite pipe is used in advance for most projects. It is impossible to accurately calculate the number of pipe fittings used, and the return and exchange situation will often occur.

Finally, the standards implemented by manufacturers who use the internal sizing method to produce and sell steel skeleton plastic composite pipes are not the same. The pipe fittings of various manufacturers cannot be mixed, which is very restrictive for the owner. The steel skeleton plastic composite pipe produced by the external sizing method can use the steel mesh skeleton plastic composite pipe fittings, and the sales channels of such pipe fittings are very rich, which is very advantageous for the owner.

Of course, it should be pointed out that the outer diameter steel skeleton plastic composite pipe and the inner diameter steel skeleton plastic composite pipe pipe itself have no substantial difference except for the size.
